The Perspectives of the software tools used for the statistical data processing in biotechnological researches

Abstract

On models virus vaccine against Newcastle disease (ND) of auks is shown possibility of use of program STATPLUS for the decision of a problem of standardization of conditions of definition of a infection titre contagious activity of virus ND, as quality index (specific activity) vaccines. Within the limits of the yielded program the statistical model which results of realisation correspond to the similar data received at use of program SPSS is developed. The methodological approaches used in work, can be used developers and generators of other immunobiological drugs.
