Abstract

The migration patterns of Zn in soil - red radish roots system on sod-podzolic, leached chernozem and low peat soils as dependent on metal concentrations in soils were studied in a greenhouse experiment. The critical levels (tresholds) of common and mobile Zn content in soil when toxicological standards for vegetables are violated were determined with help of test plants - radish. These were These critical levels would be useful when correction of soil Zn MPCs will be undertaken in future taking into account soil types.
