Functional activity of photosynthetic apparatus of Apple forms and varieties was appraised under abiotic stressors effect in modeled conditions of dehydration and overheat. Relatively high correlation (correlation coefficient 0,67 at p<0,05) of plant state was revealed after natural drought with inhibiting relative Electron Transport Rate under hyperthermia potential utilization was shown for quantitive express-estimation of fruit crop resistance with the use of methods based on analysis of spectra of reflection, leaf penetration and their aqueous extracts. Calculation of Euclidean distance between spectral curves of control and experimental measurement enabled to express differences in arbitrary units, thus, the lower Euclidean distance correlates with the higher resistance to hyperthermia. The means for such indexes were 3,33 for Apple tree, and 2,40 for Apricot. These data correlate with field resistance of such crops.
