Specific features of computer system of controlling the milking process “Stimulus”

Abstract

The article describes the principles and characteristics of the domestic computer process control systems milking “Stimulus” individually for each animal lactation stimulation mode, automatic identification of the individual animal and the milking unit of data transmission in computer breeding records “Selex ”. Depending on the performance modification (01, 02, 03) includes automatic subsystems: automatic identification of animals; automatic control of the milking process to the stimulation of milk; automatic shutdown and timely removal of milking machines; the collection and processing of information for analysis and decision making. The system has improved properties of functional diagnostics, debugging, survivability and reliability, reduce the influence of the human factor in emergency situations in the system “man - milking machine - an animal”. Key performance indicators: to improve working conditions and reduce labor costs, increase the productivity of individual cows, reducing the incidence of mastitis, milk quality improvement, creating the conditions for a large-scale breeding of animals. In the “Golden Autumm” SIC “Stimulus” international exhibition of awarded Gold medal, and the decision of an independent committee of the international exhibition “Agroferma 2016” defined the winner in the nomination “The best scientific development”/
