Abstract

The development mechanism of the management system at the regional level has a huge role in the ongoing economic reforms of the agroindustrial complex, where based on justified methods, principles and forms, the organization and functioning management system modernization processes that contribute to the development of the economies sector and rural areas are carried out. For the optimal management system formation of the regional agro-industrial complex with the non-profit associations participation are uncovered probable scenarios of social and economic development of the regional agro-industrial complex on the conflicts basis that arise when the managing entities pursue the opposing goals.
