Abstract

A phenomogenome study (phenome is the diploid genome) of the grain productivity formation was carried out progressively as the genomic wheat composition in phylogenesis became more complicated. In the capacity of the phenomogenical markers were used the productional indices of the initial elementary genomes diploid sources. Plants were grown in a greenhouse in the containers with 8 kg of the soil-sand (1: 6) substrate; in the three replications. The agrochemical scheme was provided for varying the nitrogen dose (minimum, optimum, maximum) with a constant background of phosphorus and potassium. Inasmuch the diploid wheat, which is the source of origin genomes spike have been falling to spikelets during maturation which is true to  Ae. tauschii form, which is the source of the DD genome, it was necessary to estimate the grain yield (g/conteiner). To demonstrate the diploid genomes contributions the ?2 (chi-square) method was applied to the species in the studied quantitative character. As a result, it has been established that diploid genomes behave as whole genetic units, which determine the rate of response of alloploid wheat. This provides a theoretical basis for genomic engineering with the aim of increasing the production wheat characteristics.
