In the department of biotechnology FGBNU VNIIMZ underway to develop new bioactive agents for use in agriculture, including biokonservantov silage fodder. The process of obtaining a previously patented way of obtaining a bioconvant (basic algorithm) is carried out by fermentation of peat with organic waste with subsequent extraction. The proposed article contains research data reflecting the effect of changes in the elements of the basic algorithm, in particular, the use of a new biostimulator (introduced into the feedstock), as well as a new extractant for the dynamics of the indicator microflora and the pH-value in the formation of an improved bioconvant. The use of a complex biostimulator with a large number of different components was considered impractical. The replacement of the extractant in the basic technology of bioconvant production contributed to an increase in the number of lactic acid bacteria in it and a decrease in the number of enterobacteria.
