Abstract

In this publication the materials of studying of distribution of EAB-locus alleles, blood groups of black-white cattle, breeding in 12 agriculturae enterprises of  Khabarovsk territory are presented. In all 7109 cows blood groups have been studied. 92 EAB-alleles have been exposed by family-genetic analysis. 16 alleles with  different frequency meet at the same time in all studying herds, out of them alleles G2Y2E?2Q?, I1(I2) and «b» meet with high frequency. The big number of rare EAB-alleles, typical for the cattle of red, brown and pale-yellow-motley roots is exposed: B2G2O2Y2B?E?3G?O?Y?G??, B2G2Y2Е?2, B2Q, G2O1Q?, I1O1, O1Y2Q?, O1G??, P2Q, Y2D?G??, G?O?, this number includes Kholmogorsky and Simmentalsky cattle O2Y2D?G?G??, O1G??, Y2E?3D?G?I?Q?, B2G2, B2G2B?O?, G2I1O1I?, G2O1Y2D?, G2T2Y2B?D?G?O?Y?B??, I2E?3G??, Y2О?, D?G?I?Q?. The row of original alleles do not meet of animals of other breeds: B2I1T1B??, B2I2E?3J?2Y?B??G??, B2T2Y2B?D?B??G??,  B2Y2E?3G?I?Q?Y?B??, I2E?2I?Q?, B?G?I?O?. The minimum level of homozigotness is discovered of animals of agriculturae enterprises «Garovskoye» (Са=5,6), maximum – of «Khorpinskoye» (Са=23,7) and «Kotikovo» (Са=20,1). The highest genetic likeness is determined between animals of agricultural enterprises «Poletnoye» and «Avangard» (r=0.965). Claster analysis exposed division of studying herds on three clasters, and it visually reflected genetic separation of herds majority.
