The aminoseleton influence on the white rats immune status vaccinated against salmonellosis

Abstract

The positive effects of aminoseleton on the animals immune system status have been established. Three groups of white rats were selected: the first (n = 24) is control (intact), animals of the second (n = 48) group were vaccinated twice with10 days of each other inactivated vaccine against swine Salmonellesis in a dose of 10,0 billion m.k. (The production of the “Armavir biofactory” FFE), the third group (n = 48) was vaccinated with the same scheme, but in addition, aminoseleton in a dose of 0,5 ml / kg of body weight was intramuscularly injected twice, the first time with the biopreparation and the second – after 48 hours. After 30, 60 and 90 days postvaccination and aminoseleton usage drew a blood samples from hearts animals of experimental and control groups for investigations. The use of the formulation combined with vaccination against salmonellosis was promoted to the increasing of humoral immunity, B-lymphocytes content, the immunoglobulins and anti-salmonella antibodies titers concentration, as well as the level of humoral and cellular of the natural resistance factors – complementary and lysozyme activity of blood serum and phagocytosis parameters.
