New technologies and technical means for intermediate cutting in protective forest plantations

Abstract

The paper analyzes the existing and improved technologies of improvement cuttings in protective forestations, considers the technology of process operation and cyclic performance of the gripping shear device mounted on the handle of the excavator EO 2621Ainstead of a hopper, analyzes the technology of mechanical collection of forest wastes from the forest belt developed in VNIALMI, with concurrent arrangement of gaps within the belt for their removal, presents the materials of the experimental industrial verification of new technologies and technical means for improvement cuttings in protective forestations and their economic feasibility.
