Abstract

The article studies the specialization of agriculture of Dagestanas a key factor replacement fruit imports, grapes and vegetables at the expense of its own production, considered the development of an objective process in the pre-reform and post-reform years. Also highlights development issues Wine and fruit and vegetables subcomplexes regional agriculture production as a basis for the formation of agricultural clusters in the new economic conditions. The estimation of structural change in rural areas, and has developed in the course of implementation of the agrarian sector of multiform economy, emphasizes the need for public support of the areas of agricultural development, which are associated with import substitution and solving food security problems of the country.
