ON THE QUESTION OF THE STREPTOCOCCOSIS CATTLE ETIOPROPHYLAXIS

Abstract

The aim of our work was to develop technological processes of manufacture of a vaccine against streptococcal diseases of cow. From well-known bibliographic sources found out that the main pathogens are microorganisms streptococcosis cattle serogroups B, C, D, which are the main etiological factors of the disease streptococcosis adult cattle and calves. To solve this problem using streptococcal strains such as the Streptococcus agalactiae (serogroup B), Streptococcus zooepidemicus (serogroup C) and Streptococcus faecalis (serogroup D). Cultivation was carried out in batch culture mode managed by a multi-functional complex laboratory instruments and devices ANKUM-2M, volume 10 liters. The inactivation of bacterial suspension obtained was performed using formaldehyde.
