Abstract

The study involved the online publication at www.vniikormov.ru the “Compendium on Fodder Production” which was specially prepared in a html-format. The average number of inputs from search engines to the placed publications recorded in the period from 01.06.2016 to 31.08.2016 was 11 % of the total number of inputs from search engines and 19 % of the number of inputs from search engines without various spellings of the name of All-Russian Williams Fodder Research Institute. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of placing publications after a special preparation on the organization’s site to increase its traffic from search engines and promote the publicity of the organization.
