SELECTION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF “PRIOKSKY” BEES BREED TYPE

The study defines the parameters of main biological signs and correlation of bees, bees queen, drones of breed type “Prioksky” excluded as the result of crossing bees of Apis mellifera mellifera L. and Apis mellifera caucasica L. in Ryazan region. The article contains the analysis of 7 microsatellites (A024, A88, A113, AP043, HB- C-05, HB-THE-03, HB-C16-01) characterizing allelofund of Apis mellifera mellifera L. and Apis mellifera caucasica L. bees population and bees of breed type “Prioksky”. The rise of allelofund genetic diversity of breed type “Prioksky” bees is established in comparison with Apis mellifera mellifera L. and Apis mellifera caucasica L. bees population in breed type “Prioksky” seclection - 9,57±1,88 against 6,86±1,55 and 6,00±1,84 accordingly. It is founded that 7,3 % allele diversity is caused by inter-population differences.Downloads
