At present work studied the effect of damaging action of high temperature (45°C) for 2 hours and 12 plants G. max and G. soja to change the electrophoretic spectra of peroxidase and catalase. Quantitative and qualitative changes of electrophoretic spectra of leaves caused by the action of heat stress dependent on the genotype of soy- bean development phase and the duration of the stressing factors. It is shown that transient thermal stress does not alter the electrophoretic spectra of peroxidase and catalase in the leaves of soybean. Prolonged exposure to high temperature causes damaging to inactivate peroxidases and catalase forms an average electrophoretic mobility. Stable peroxidase to form Rf 0,02; 0.10; 0,21 (G. max) and Rf 0,02; 0,10; 0,40 (G. soja) and cata- lase with Rf 0…0,04 (G. max) and Rf 0…0,04; 0,22…0,24 (G. soja) and is activated by high temperatures sedentary peroxidase ensure the functioning of plants under stress.Downloads
