Abstract

Assessment of long-term data indicates that over the past 13 years (2003-2015) in southern zone of Rostov region (the town of Zernograd) has been a warming of climate by month and year. The average daily temperature for the year was 11°С, which is 1,3 higher than the previous period (1958-2002). It should be noted warming during the winter months, which contributed to the resumption of the growing season and good overwintering of winter crops.
