Abstract

Rulev A.S., Yuferev V.G. The paper determines the regularities of formation of the sequence of replacing landscape units, with ecotones as transitional, boundary areas between different natural systems characterized by a high gradient of environmental changes, as well as the regularities of allocation of geographical latitude of transition areas (ecotones) of different spatial levels in sub-boreal landscapes including the definition of the latitude of transition areas on land according to the radiative heat flux and radiative index of dryness.
