METHODOLOGICOL BASICS OF WATER MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM CREATION IN IRRIGATION

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of improving the theory of information processes and control systems for the water management in irrigation by optimizing the modes of the water supply taking into account the factors of external influence and socio - ecological and economic requirements. Methodological basis of the research inclu- des: management theory, which is characterized with the systems approach in analysis of complex objects such as water management in land reclamation. The basic issues and tasks of dispatching service for the water manage- ment in irrigated agriculture which is to be atomized; a set of effective factors in management; an optimal structu- re of decision support (DSS); balanced parameters of management efficiency have been developed.
