Influence of chemical and biological preparations on the growth of pure rhizobium cultures and soybean productivity

For the purpose of strengthening of positive effect of bacterization in system of symbiotic relations "soybean- rhizobium" have been conducted laboratory and field researches on influence of preparations Amber acid, Novosil, Molybdate of ammonium, Maxim on intensity of growth of pure cultures of soybean rhizobium Bradyrhizobium japonicum (Jordan, 1982) and Sinorhizobium fredii (Scholla, Elkan, 1984) species of the Amur selection and soybean efficiency . Have revealed that at a dose of Amber acid in MRS growth medium of 23 mg/l, intensity of bacterial mass growth of most strains of rhizobium soybean species is saved. In some cases Amber acid stimulated growth of pure cultures of rhizobium. At introduction of production dose (10 ml/l) of preparations Novosil in MRS growth medium insignificant delay of growth of bacterial mass of the studied strains is noted. Maxim seed treater in volume of 82,5 ml/l reduced the growth rate of the studied strains, but did not cause their death. Low doses of molybdenum salt (0,2 and 1 g/l) didn't oppress growth intensity of pure cultures of strains of rhizobium soybeans. The dose of molybdenum salt 10 g/l in growth medium caused the death of soybean rhizobium species Bradyrhizobium japonicumi slowed down growth of fast-growing species of Sinorhizobium fredii strains. The dose of molybdenum salt 25 g/l in growth medium caused not only the death of strains of B. japonicum, but also strain BB-49, carried to a species of S. fredii. At joint application of collection strains of rhizobium with one of studied preparation authentically increased seeds production of soybean sorts Harmony, MK 100.
