Abstract

Presents the results of long-term field studies on experimental confirmation of the hypothesis about the possibility of cultivation under irrigation in agroclimatic conditions zone of dry steppes alternative alfalfa unconventional legumes, which are productive longevity superior alfalfa without giving it the quality of food and the accumulation of soil nutrients. Alfalfa and sainfoin after three years of cultivation in crop rotation is left in a half-meter layer of soil 10.11 t/ha of organic matter containing up to 216 kg of nitrogen, 76 - phosphorus and 116 kg/ha of potassium. Trifolium, Lotus, Galega after 4-5 years, respectively 12,0.16,0 tons and up to 313 kg of nitrogen, 84 - phosphorus and 172 kg/ha of potassium.
