Abstract

Analysis of climatic factors observed by the meteorological stations, which are located in the Golodnaya Steppe, has indicated their dynamics due to high-altitude position of the objects: for the last decade the average annual evaporation grows on flat area and decreases in the foothill area. For the irrigated areas of Uzbekistan it is set the dependence of the ratio of the cotton irrigation rate to the radiation balance of the region from the ratio of the sum of effective temperatures to an altitude of land.
