Abstract

The soil-climatic resources, scientific and practical experience in the Central Federal District contribute to the development of intensive agricultural production. To ensure food security the organizational measures are needed to improve the efficiency of management and agribusiness forecasting activity, scientific substantiation of industries specialization and concentration, improvement of the consumer market, the legislative, and subsidized and credit policy to ensure priority development of vital industries and environmental management. In animal should build a highly productive herd of cattle, to expand the area under fodder crops, improve the productivity of forage areas, rational use of natural forage lands.
