Abstract

Soybean Glicine max (L.) Merr is the main protein agricultural crop in the Far East of the Russian Federation. The seed content of the valuable nutritional matter makes it one of the main agricultural crops in many countries of the world. Genetic variability and relations of the seven variety samples of soybean used in the selection process, were studied using marking method. Usage of the six ISSR-primers allowed to define variability of 47 ISSR-fragments when 68 % of them were polymorphic. Indices of genetic distances varied from 0,1456 till 0,3879.
