The creation of spring soft wheat breeding material using winter forms

Abstract

The article presents study results of the modern soft winter wheat varieties of the other regions selection in the conditions of Primorsky krai. On the basis of the field experiment and laboratory evaluation of the soft winter wheat there were defined resources combining high productivity with resistance to lodging and diseases and have high seed quality and are recommended for usage in selection of spring wheat. With the participation of these varieties-sources (Vita, Pamyat, Nemchinovskaya 57, Моskovskaya 56, Volzhskaya 100 and others) there was developed valuable initial material of spring soft wheat, which is examined in all sectors of selection process. As a result of the study there were developed prospective hybrid combinations: Vita х Novosibirskaya 82, Nemchinovskaya 57 х Primorskaya 40, 04-1104 х Моskovskaya 56, 06-0859 х Nemchinovskaya 57, Bezostaya 1 х Primorskaya 14, Bezostaya 1 х Primorskaya 40, Мironovskaya 808 х Primorskaya 39, which are characterized by high productivity (4,7..4,9 t / ha), productive bushiness, mass of 1000 seeds, filmness.
