Presented data proves that the amount of harvest changes depending on existing weather conditions. At GTK during May-July less than 0,8 the cropping power of winter wheat amounted 2,25 t/ha, during 0,8... 1,0- 3,06, 1,1... 1,5 - 3,07 t/ha. Besides, soil-climatic conditions, technology of cultivation have also caused some influence on the grain quality of winter wheat. There is established interrelation of humus content in the soil with protein content in grain. (Interval at experimental plots composed 6,40...11,30 %, but variation coefficient - 14,9 %). Agile forms of phosphorus and potassium concentrate differently in grain. Special meaning has TM migration in the chain soil - plant, which knowledge of specific features provides for accounting their accumulation in plant industry products. For calculating the migration there is used coefficient of accumulation (KH).
