In the process of studying accessions of cowpea (Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesguipedalis (L.) Verde.) Revealed considerable variability of morphological traits and quality of seeds, which allows the selection and the formation of workers’ collections indicative approach. The most valuable are selected accessions of cowpea, combining high stability of quality parameters and their stability (on the protein and fat). It is particularly important to note that in experimental studies to allocate accessions cowpea high digestible protein fractions (albumins + globulins).
