Abstract

Improving the model of management systems at the federal level plays the main role at conducted economic and administrative reforms in the system of the AIC, exactly here on the basis of main substantiated principles of forming and functioning there are realized processes of modernizing the management, which promote developing the economy of the branch and social sphere in the countryside.
