Logistics of forming the “life cycle” in biomembrane technology of dairy products with new generation of the brand “Bio-Ton”

Modern technology for producing dairy products - modernizing at rather high level the processes, spontaneously occurring in the milk with dividing the biosystems into the concentrate of natural casein and serous-polysaccharide fraction. The article presents scientific-technical bases for biomembrane technology of dairy products with new generation of the brand “Bio-Ton” in closed cycle of the production. Its principle novelty is in the own conceptual approach, which proposes original dividing the initial raw stuffs into required number of components and their following combination into the closed technological cycle. Obtained at the beginning ‘constructing material’ for new products is used then at their ‘constructing’. Such approach gives the opportunity of revising available views on the theory and practice of creating food products and using the formula, presented in the article, realizing the paradigm of automate-factories for their production.Downloads
