Abstract

We studied the content of protein and gluten 169 accessions of the collection nursery of spring wheat and durum. Their analysis allowed to identify accessions combines high grain quality with high productivity. The greatest interest in this respect are varieties of spring wheat Tulaykovskaya 5, L. 64, Estivum 59 Lutescens 558, Duet, Omsk 37, Esther, Kadett and durum wheat accessions Altayka, Memory Yanchenko Omsk and amber. It is proposed to use the selected grades in the selection process as the parent forms to create highly, strong and hard wheat.
