Information systems of managing water economy ameliorative complex

Abstract

Examinee is informatization of economic-organizing level of management at creating, application and using of informative systems in the field of land reclamation. Objective of the research is the development on the priority directions of automated information data systems corresponding to domestic and world-wide level of economy informatization in the field of land reclamation. Analysis on informatization formation for the management of the water-economic complex in land reclamation was made on both the base of library materials and author’s research. The structure of the major challenges met by the land reclamation institutions of Russiaincluding management informative systems and technologies has been detected. The priority measures on the strategy development of the informative systems creation for the management of the water economic complex in land reclamation have been developed on the base of the system approach. Application of the priority directions of management informatization in the field of land reclamation will provide: increase in operability and efficiency of the adopted decisions; less need for materials and money; profit increase; increase in labor productivity both for the individual enterprise and in land reclamation as a whole.
