Abstract

The article considers the conditions of occurrence, geographical coverage and consequences of the dust storms which passed in March, 2015 across the territory of Lower Volgaarea. The solution seems in revival at the state level of protective afforestation, as universal remedy in fight against dust storms in agrarian regions of Russia.
