Abstract

This article considers an instrumental approach of improving the system implementation and design of technological solutions in agronomy. This approach is based on the complementary use of the achievements of the adaptive-landscape methodology of crop production and the information and technology capabilities of precision agriculture. An import substituting prototype of the new generation software and hardware complex with advanced functions of automated decision support system in precision agriculture is presented in this paper. With a built-in geo-information application of GIS-API may generate electronic maps, tasks and manage their implementation on-board electronics of the field unit during movement. This is achieved due to the fact that the application collects heterogeneous data describing the state of crops and their habitat. The article represents the concept of a distributed data center, based on the active use of the Internet. Such center from the production management point of view can be an effective tool for valid state support of agricultural producers and objective control over the result of their activities.
