In the crop production branch the grain production is low competitive because it is have the high energy intensity of production. In times to come the energy conservation will further determine the conditions and technologies in agriculture. According to the projection data of the SFNCA RAS, SibNIIESH, the optimal yield of grain crops in Siberia should be at the level of 3968.32 ... 4409.25 pounds per hectare. According to the conclusion of the SFNCA RAS and SibNIIZiH the increase in the efficiency of grain production in Siberia is associated with its intensification, which includes three stages: 1 is improving agrotechnologies, which providing an average grain yield of about 3526.4 pounds per hectare; 2 is using of intensive agricultural technologies on favorable lands, primarily in the forest-steppe zone with yields up to 4409.25 pounds per hectare; 3 is increasing yields to 5291.09 ... 5511.56 pounds per hectare, gross harvest to 59 524 810 790 pounds (27 million tons). This level will require the high-precision technologies development in the most promising areas. To obtain the projection data for Siberia the SibNIIIS recommends using three levels of technology intensity. The elaboration of their promising areas of development requires the methodologies in the form of a systematic approach, considered as an organic part of dialectics. The proposed new technique allows to design grain crops cultivation machine technologies with given output efficiency indicators.
