ASSESSMENT OF EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ENTERPRISES FORMS OF IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

Abstract

Mixed economy has already developed in the agriculture, but organizations are searching more effective management business patterns, each of them would occupy its niche in agricultural products the production. Using the production potential level rating score was identified effective form of legal entity's agricultural incorporation – the limited liability company – in the Kamchatka Krai. Economic-statistical and mathematical, computational-constructive, monographic methods were used to ensure a systematic approach to the of the problem’s study. The land effectiveness was assessed according to the system of natural, cost parameters and additional indicators; labor resources in terms of labor productivity, the earned profit per employee, the basic production assets (BPA) taking into account energy security and equipment, profitability, payback. Estimated figures were characterized by sales receipts of agricultural products per 1 tillage hectare and per one annual average worker as well as income per 1 thousand rubles revenues from the sale of agricultural products per 1 hectare of arable land and per year average worker; as well as income per 1 thousand rubles (salary, material costs; basic production assets, costs). These societies are enterprises with property shares and land shares, highly specialized and ensure the balance of production potential, introduce intensive technologies, and have their own sales markets.
