WINTER RYE YIELD AND FERTILIZERS RETURN IN THE TATARSTAN REPUBLIC FOREST-STEPPE

Abstract

The fertilizer pay-back period is analyzed in accordance with the time-series statistical parameters of the artificial fertilizers and organic manure and their sum (in NPK) and the winter rye yield using moving averages with the step length of 11 and 22 for 1964-2016. The pay-back of the mineral fertilizers application is 26.06 -33.91 pounds, organic – 38.98-53.88 pounds, and the sum of their NPKs is 15.63-20.17 pounds of the grain per 1 pound of the a.i.. The results of the research confirm that the pay-back of fertilizers is the integral indicator of efficiency in terms of the commodity weight of agricultural crops, also for the calculation for grain increment it indirectly reflects the agricultural process ecological aspects through the quality of the received products.
