Abstract

The SFNCA RAS departments created 116 varieties for 35 agricultural crops by the 2017 and 17 varieties are located on the GSI of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan. As exemplified by the red clover (Trifolium pretense) was shown the application efficiency both individual methods (polycross, mutagenesis, polyploidy, hybridization, selection), and their combination, as a result were obtained new-generation winter-resistant varieties with early and late ripeness on the diploid and tetraploid basis (SibNIIK-10, Rodnik Sibiri, Atlant, Ogonek, Meteor, Prima). Four varieties of Hungarian sainfoin (Onobrychis arenaria) are included in to the Russian Federation National register of the selective breeding results. A unique, combining early ripeness and yield with high quality of grain, soybean variety SibNIK-315 was created. There is the work to selection new varieties of the chickpea. Our data highlight the need to create a chickpea forms with a stable yield, which can be achieved, first of all by increasing the resistance of this crop to the main diseases. For the first time ever in the Siberian conditions together with the Altai SRI of the agriculture a new the forage beans variety “Sibirskie” was created. The field and edible pea varieties are wide spread. In SibSRI of the fodder by the multiply individual-family selection method from the natural field pea mutant “Slavyanskiy” was created early ripening variety “Kholik” with a grain yield from 4850.17-6613.87 pounds t per hectare with a dry substance content of 10141.3-17857.4 pounds per hectare. Using hybridization methods, somaclonal variability and selection were selected varieties and selection material of soybean, fodder beans, peas and chickpeas adapted to the Siberian conditions.
