Abstract

It is known that the environment conditions and growth technology are influenced to fish metabolism. The amino acid composition variability of the proteins body and amylase enzymes is evidence-base of the organism reaction to temperature, feeding and stocking density. These changes parameters are due to heredity and testify about their adaptive systems stability. The article presents an analysis of the literature sources and our investigations in the field of metabolism variability cultivated fish under the influence of different environmental factors. The obtained results make it possible to carry out investigations on the servicing carp selection with the parameters correlated with productivity.
